This booklet continues to discuss the Brachos on Krias HaTorah and their category. Specifically, we will continue the discussion of whether they are considered Birchos HaMitzvah, Birchos HaTorah, or Birchos HaShvach - and will focus on the halachic ramifications as brought down in the Poskim. One of the questions that is addressed is whether Borchu/the brachos must be heard by a minyan, and if it is a Bracha L'vatala if it is not heard.
